VPHL Mortgage Academy is the first of its kind in India and aims to bring in a major difference in how Mortgage Business is done in India.

Currently, we have a lot of bankers who are part of the mortgage business within their banks. They have all studied banking broadly and have been trained in mortgages briefly. Most of them learn the work on the job, as there is no specific mortgage training institute or even any specialised trainer in India.

These bankers usually know about the mortgage services their bank can offer and the policies that their bank follows. However, the mortgage universe is huge, and they do not know what are the policies and capabilities of other banks are. It brings down their ability to stand out better than the competition when in front of a client. 

The Mortgage business is a continuous sales process, and there is a constant addition and expansion of human resources. There is a continuous training requirement for changes in product policies and bank guidelines.

The VPHL Mortgage Academy plans to fill in all the above gaps. We wish to carry out various trainings in Banks, Financial Institutions, Property Developers and, Corporates so that the bankers and also the common mass are more aware of Mortgage and Mortgage processes.
